Is it easier to do the base model in 3ds max then detail it in zbrush? I'm interested in getting a 3d rendering program and have noticed how many there are. The one I come across most is Maya. I don't know if you've ever worked with it, but if you have would you be able to do everything from modeling to details in a program like that?

i think there is nothing more to say than one word: brilliant.
exspecially the rottne skin has this very good mixture of organic and plastic apperance with this very authentic shading of the figure

wou... that is freaky... did u make the female and the robot separately?... i saw a tutorial for Zbrush where there was a male face and the terminator skull underneath and he just brushed the terminator onto the male face... just wondering cause i've always wanted to try out zbrush but never gotten around to trying it
