You are very brave to mix it up with them - it did appear to get very rough when they charged.

I'm used to it. And if you go to next year's Jorvik, look closely at who they charge: big burly blokes in mailshirts. They don't generally barge small lassies.
Some people do make the mistake of underestimating small female types, though!
