I agree with Noguy. I saw how they prepared the ice cream: it's colored lard. Crisco. Otherwise it would melt faster if it was real ice cream.
And lipstick on strawberries...and a blow-torch on raw turkey to make it look roasted and yummy. There's all kindsa tricks, and restaurant culinary fare (if you can CALL it that) is by no means immune.
