Your colors and lighting are wonderfully worked. The shadow blends well into the background and follows the light and shape of the horse wonderfully. Your hooves could use a little bit more detail to them- particularly the upturned front hoof. The inside of the hoof blends a little too much to the the outer wall visibly and could use a little definition to it.

The mane and tail are lovely in color and detail however they both appear a little static for the pose- like a Breyer horse with a carved mane rather than hair. Giving more fly-aways and breaking the clumps into individual waves would really help as well as much smaller "sections" of the mane. Here is an Example notice the fly-aways and looseness of the mane? How there are "holes" between clumps and even within clumps as well as how the clumps work both together and individually as they move? Hair in motion is like fabric with a rolling ball/cylinder under it. It "rolls" in waves.

Your eye is a little bit strong compared to the image, "popping" out of the face and not just by the color. It looks like the lids aren't wrapped around/holding the eye it's just sitting there. It could be the size or the color I'm not entirely sure but it pops quite a bit.

The back right hoof looks like it should be touching the ground ( the way it's bent ) and looking at the stock image I see that it is touching the ground. Try bending the knee more and "lifting" the lower leg higher for this particular pose next time. Other then that this is a beautifully rendered manip and the line of motion is wonderful.

it's mostly a matter of getting it very loose and flowing feeling. It takes practice P: it's hit or miss if I manage to get my hair to cooperate and I spend hours on it to get it to so don't be discouraged <3

Yes i know what you mean x.x

Believe it or not but i spent over an hour on these hairs, drawing little strands. And then in the end it doesn't look like i put much effort in it x.x

Very frustrating.

But thank for the critique <3

oh no the effort is there it just looks like you worked in static areas rather than free-flowing.

most welcome <3
