Evangeline was always a shy girl since she was a kit and talking to others is a hard task for her since they used to pick on her for being small and fat looking

Evangeline hates fighting and will run away at the first sign of danger. Her good hearing and big nose can detect possible enemies from afar. But since her legs are short her possibilities of escaping is low.

"P-P-PLEASE D-DONT HURT M-M-ME!!" -Evangeline

Kind
Even if she is afraid of so many, Evangeline is a kind-hearted female. She will always offer her help. Even if she can help with 1% she will do it.

"I-I may not.. B-be strong... B-But e-even a little... I c-can help..." -Evangeline

Generous
Unlike the other felines that she was forced to live with in her cubhood, she learned to always share. Her master always said "The most powerful weapon is generosity and kindness"

She is a bad liar, her body language doesnt help her when she is trying to lie, so she is "forced" to always say the truth. So if you have a secret and you want no one to know, NEVER tell her, she can hide it as long as no one asks her or force her.

She has low self-confidence and will turn down any kind of appreciation. She only accepted her master's. Also she will always sacrifice herself for those she sees as her family.

"It not... A big deal... Really... Anyone can do this.... Even better than me..." -Evangeline

Background
Evangeline, since birth, was raised as a pet and slave back in Massalia. She lived with her human, being his messager. Her master was a rich man, having big felines as gladiators and other slaves, he indeed tried to train Evangeline for the Colosseum but her cowardly nature didn't helped her... She even lost with another kit one month younger than her pretty easily. So being a gladiator was out of the question.

The other felines loved to tease her since she is easily startled and her reactions were indeed funny for them. There was a few that stand up to protect the pitiful cat, one of them was an old melanistic Leopard. Evangeline was always a shy kind-hearted cat and her Old leopard acquaintance admired that. So he taught her the basics of Slave work... But could only teach her some rutes and of course how to behave with humans.

Her master didn't know what to do with her, he was thinking of selling her at the Colosseum to be used as a training partner for the cubs, but one day the small Pampas Cat brought him so many objects, like papers, small books, and so on. A brilliant idea came to him:

"You will now be my messager"

"M-...Mewl...?" Evangeline got surprised by her master's sudden decision, but accepted the job, it was better than being in the dungeon. Happy by the great news Evangeline went to see her Old friend, the only feline that she could call "family", she shyly asked the few felines that didn't look that scary the whereabouts of her beloved friend. The others stood silent, how could they tell her such sad news...

" The Old cat's not here anymore kid..." One of them finally spoke.

"W-What do you mean...? N-Not here-"

"He died. End of the story. He was to old anyway." Another feline answered.

Heartbroken by the news Evangeline worked as a messager, as months passed she earned her master's trust and love, becoming one of his favorite cats. True she was clumsy, she was kinda slow but she was a hard worker and alway obedient.

At the age of 11 months, Evangeline's master got a really rare illness, he was coughing blood and grew weaker and weaker. She was desperate she couldn't take to lose someone dear to her again. She brought him herbs, some berries but didn't help, the doctors said that he didn't had much time. So before he departed to the afterlife he left his Testament: Evangeline will have the mansion for herself, as long as she lives but if she dies then all the fortune will pass to his first born son. Achilles.

Achilles was a mean man and always loved to give Evangeline a hard time, jealous that a cat, a weak one, was more loved by her father than he himself, his own blood-family.

He hired mercenaries to kill the Pampas Cat, but luckily she escaped. Three days later she got in the Ice Empire's territory.

"I-Im... so tired... w-where am I?... I hope I can find help... here..." -Evangeline

*Note: She wants to be a Healer Apprentice so she can cure any illness so she will never lose a loved one again. Or a Messager, since thats what she alway did. But lets see what destiny has for her.

Some Facts:

- Her body has a little bit more of muscle than House-Cats.

- When she is alone she sings. But if you find her singing she will deny she was doing it and run away all embarrassed.

- Her blue hood was a gift from her master when she became his formal messager.

- She never knew the name of the Old Black Leopard, she nicknamed him "Pitch Black".

- Evangeline is still shy and insecure around other felines but when she gets to know they are not as bad as she thought she can open up a little more.

- Working as a messager she learned how to read the human script... But complicated words are super hard for her to understand.

- When desperate of scared she prays to the soul of "Pitch Black" to "Help her"
