Nope. He/She is not a exactly a good guy/girl, but not expect him/her to cross a moral horizont (However i am not even sure if she would cross that line)Due to his/her heritage, he/she has eldritch genetics compatible with demonic energies. However, Alan/Alice (fug) is not related with Scarlet King (scp multiverse), but her family (or at least her uncle) to other evil group of interest. Or at least, it's a former relationship (see his/her uncle clothings)
Note: Dont expect Kei to be as powerful as Fugly (and probably he is not even a shifter at all), but he seems to handle (usually) a Kuchisake onna... Still, She has a reason to be scared after all
