Probably the second most challenging boss in the first game, and his presence always carried a sinister tone. When it drops two scientists from a height without a second thought, you knew he wasn't messing around.
I combined elements from the design featured in Scarlet Dawn (so I don't have to redo it again) to give Rhi a sort of gothic batlady suit.
