Tips? Well I only started improving in my art when I hit 20 years old because of college. The main things you should focus on is life drawing (looking at a real life person and drawing what you see as accurately as possible), look up how to do Gesture drawing which is life drawing but it allows you to give the figure movement and strong shapes. Step out of your comfort zone and draw different things, try different styles and try to figure them out (Don't blatantly copy artists style or work and upload it. Keep it to yourself as practice)
