Ok. So my Dad gave me this new (used but it's new to me XD) touch screen laptop so I decided to draw on it. IT SUCKS CUZ IT WON'T LET ME GO ON DA BUT I FOUND A WAY.SEALAND HAS STOLED YOUR PANTIES, YOU ARE NOW A PART OF WORLD WAR 3!

Lol. X3 It's cool and the top part can turn and fold and make it like a tablet but mine is dumb and for some reason can't download internet explorer 9 or google chrome and it won't let me go on DA cuz it says the browser is out of date.

Hm...idk I haven't tried firefox. DA works but there's this annoying bar at the top of the screen that blocks all the buttons to submit art, go to my profile, login, and cvheck messsages

on the school computers it's a yellow bar saying "update your browser to view deviantart"
Can you get the system updated to windows 7?
and you ccould always draw with that laptop and save the drawing to an SD card or USB then upload it with a different computer?
