He is sorta portraying the government of the planet this animation is taking place. We still have to decide wether the gov is good or bad. xD

Hmm... I think it'd be more interesting to have a corrupt government. Kinda brings twists to the main protagonists of the story, but that's just me. xD Anything goes, anything flows, it's all your choice! But in my opinion I think having a bad government would be pretty neat!
