Description
I was drawing its head first and I realized that I made it look male, so I just went with it. Sylveons are mostly male anywayΒ ΒEdit: Did a hue shift because I didn't like the other one (particularly on this green background lol).
Edit2: Made pupils larger because I didn't really like them that small anyway.

I think this is your best Pokemon pic yet. What program are you using?

I'm using a program called MyPaint, which is pretty easy to use but might not have as many features as, say, Paint Tool SAI. You can get it here:Β mypaint.org/
I mean I draw these things in pencil first because it's more comfortable, then I go over it in MyPaint, then I clean it up in GIMP.
