Description
This a redo on I'd say my youngest character so far. Ethan is still young so he doesn't really go adventures with parents or big brother. Since his only power is to nullify or dampen the powers with his age and lack of training it can be a hinderance to others. He still loved by his family in spite of the occasional "hiccup". He has a very good emotional bond to his brother since Eugene telepathy allowed to partially communicate before Ethan even learned to talk.
