Description (Black Lagoon vs Cowboy Bebop)

Connections :

- Both are sharpshooting mercenaries highly regarded as among the greatest gunslingers in anime/manga.

- Both are part of a 4-man crew of fellow outlaws, where they have the designated niche as the main gunman; said crew composes of a big, bald burly guy (Jet and Dutch), a geeky techie (Ed and Benny) and a new recruit whom they initially didn't get along with, but soon got to be fine with (Faye and Rock) whom they accompany on a ship that's eponymous with their series' title (The Bebop and the Black Lagoon, respectively).

- Both are hardened anti-heroes with rough pasts and difficult personalities (though they later learn to open up to others more), and both have nicknames based on their fighting styles ("Swimming Bird" and "Two Hands", respectively).

- Both also hail from a story where they travel location-to-location fighting mob crews, avoiding the law, and both fighting against and/or teaming up with other strange mercenaries.
