Connections : Blond, interstellar outlaws of legendary title, ever-ballooning bounty and unparalleled gun-slinging capacity. Despite appearing human, both at least partly belong to a non-human race and carry an immense guilt as a result of their role in an event that involved them committing mass-murder after a confrontation with a powerful inter-dimensional being lead to them (indirectly in Vash's case) calling on a surge of energy. Both have specialized handcannons that channel their energy into unique forms of ammunition. They both have legendary titles within their series that lead to them being incredibly well known, even if they may find this attention may be personally undesirable. They have clashed with both a family member who believes that their strange heritage means that they're superior to humans. While more than used to exploring their worlds alone, they are most noted for traveling with a group. As a result of the guilt that both have accumulated, they take on ambitious and selfless personal oaths and have a tendency to hide their true competency behind a humorous exterior. Both can range from grizzled gunslingers to goofy Casanova-wannabes depending on who's writing them. They also had a bounty placed on their head thanks, in part, to a person with a name relating to knives.
