Tried to build this week-end. It didn't go well.
I watched the movie many years ago, and I liked it, but after so many years I don't remember well the exact appeareance of the robot to use it as reference for the pieces I don't know how are used.
And there are some mistakes.
For example, the piece on part 1 of the template, bottom left, marked as (C) U V. I guess the flap U and V must be glued over the letters U and V or stick up. And what is that piece? an optional rear wheel?
And the big red piece on part 3 marked as 11, 14, C, D. I guess it is an optional case for the weapon on the left shoulder, but these flaps C and D don't fit anywhere.
Higher resolution pictures of the finished model, with and without optional pieces, and from different angles, would help.
Thinking of repeating the model, but editing the template to make it a model built with glue instead of almost glueless like this one.

Nice Work. I have a more complicated version (work in progress ) but this looks easy to build and nice graphics!

Hi there just stumbled across your project. I am stunned this is awsome. I have a J5 figure about 13" tall

The format is 17 x 11 inch paper....You can take the file to a graphic print shop like KINKO's to have it printed out...
Also if you want it to look clean I recommend using an X-ACTO KNIFE and a metal ruler to make your cuts....
