Like the colors, lighting and brushing, too not feeling the typo, though, and the bg kinda makes it feel unfinished to me....

1) Needs to be bigger to see detail
2) Needs to be a bit sharper
3) Color: green looks good but, the gold doesn't contrast well w/ it

I like the colour too, very different.
I think the 2D would look better with the opacity lowered a little, I don't think it needs to stand out that much.
I like the typography, looks good.
It's a nice overall peice, but I also think it would look even better with some more simply brushing around the render.

not really fond of the color but the rest is nice maybe some more brushing and do something more with the bg
