Actually on the red vs blue revelations dvd there is a deleted scene where the meta is watching the smoke caused by the explosion however in the deleted scene the shot is taken from inside his helmet instead of the shot you see in the episode. It shows that washingtons bottom jaw, upper right arm, left leg, five ribs and right hand had been damaged. Search "Meta POV" on YouTube it might be there.
