Helloooo!This piece was published this month in "P&C" magazine. Its like a very exclusive advertising..publication or something, so..I dont think they sell it. Anyways, here I show it to you ^_^ !
These are/where my workmates.
I was suppossed to do a caricature of everybody in the creative department (including me, ofcourse!), but people kept coming and getting fired/going...and this went on for like... 6 months? I dunno.
What I know is that these damn caricatures have been in the making since last year.
A lot of the ones I loved the most had to be taken out, cuz
a.) They dont work here anymore
b.) Some other excuse
Oh well! I love this piece, since it was completely done in Illustrator, which is a program I had NO CLUE whatsoever on how to work with when I started in the agency, and thanks to the lovely experiences I've had, I can say I love it now

Truly great stuff. The true test of any artist worth their mettle is not the ability to create uberly-complex pictures but to incorporate a truly human quality into their work and this piece has it in spades.
I don't know any of these people but already by looking through this I almost get the feeling that I know a little something of each of these peoples' personalities thanks to how you drew them. Your style is incredibly charming, that's for certain.
My only qualm with this is that there are one or two squares that take away from the overall quality of the piece (namely the third and fifth squares on the top row) -- those ones don't look as refined as the rest.
Other than that, this is pretty much perfect. I would love to see you upload the faces you had to delete -- if you feel they are better than this lot then they must surely be something!

of course, me being selfish, jealous and narcissistic...would love to see your caricature version of me in this style, not to mention you know sam, your brothers and your mom. i think that'd be so cool.
plus you have to show me how the heck you did this in illustrator!!!

Jaja, yeah! It was such a pain to do 'em! But its finaly ' done"...ok..not really sure aboutthat, but at least it alreay published, so it means that I can show it here...not nescesarilly means I finished doing them, since 2 guys that were on the published one just quit last friday
