Description
I finished up the image for my new boy~ I have a thing for making young male Wildlings, apparently?
Mimulus (Mimu for short) is a young Nerensis colt, and his older sister is Idriya . ScorchedPoet designed his initial colours and markings, and I added on his hair style, tail styles and tweaked the facial markings to make them easier to reproduce.
He was born with spondylolisthesis, which leads to his having weakness in his back legs. He can use them with great effort and it's painful, leading to other Wildlings in his family taking to carrying him on their backs, though the solution is short term whilst he is still small. They hope to find a cure for his suffering one day, or to at least find a way to ease the pain.
Despite this, he's a shy but very open individual who just wants to live as much as a normal life as he can. He loves playing as best he can with those he knows, and enjoys learning how to control his magic, believing it can help him one day. His dream is to travel to the Tverra mountains, and visit the experienced healers that he is told live there in the Tarandus clan.
He is named after a flower species his mother loves very much.

Reading the discribion for this guy, it's sad that he has a disability, but it does make the Wildings like humans. ^^

With as much time as Aurora spends near the Nerenisis clan, she would suggest constructing a harness to strap around his midsection to support the weight of his back legs, with wheels to allow him to carry himself. Similar to what is made for dogs/cats who don't have use of their back legs. So a 'wheelchair', for lack of a better term.
He has such a lovely design, I hope to see more of him!

You better believe Miklue will volunteer to read through the Nerensis' lore for nights on end. Soree will need to watch Laphy whilst he does all nighters ahah.

I really like that this character is fighting adversity by having a disability. It raises awareness among the species and I hope more people with give their characters disabilities to shed light on these sorts of things. He's adorable and I hope he has lots of friends!

I tend to try and put small things into the universe like that - such as the odd mutations that spring up in some Wildlings (butterfly ears, dumbo ears, woolly coat etc), and also physical anomalies (anything from skin conditions to missing tails). Disabilities are the next logical step from those.
Maybe I'm vindictive to do it to my own character, maybe not xD

He fits in well with my apparent rule of mainly white/black Nerensis. At least he has a little more colour on him than my other two, but I guess I know what I like x3
