A vaporwave vaporeon.!
While drawing this I realized that the colors are half regular, half shiny, which is super neat. They go together pretty nicely..!
I'm actually surprised this sort of thing doesn't come up more often haha°

Yea Sparkly is odd, in that no one in the TPP community seems to agree on exactly on how he looks other then that his paws and part of his head are normal coloured and part of his body is shiny, but there's no concisdency between the exact praposons to the point that a few members of the comanty have theorized that is changes based on whatever music he's lissining to...
if he was a PMZ caricter that would probobly be his mystery aspect XD

Yes, but to be fair, even people who have payed atencon to TPP and been in the community for evry single run for the past 6 sessons woth of runs, not even factoring all the minor intermission stuff and sidegames like me have lost track of at least some stuff, so yea
