A bit of Taig'gles HistoryHuman kind began on this version of Earth much like they did on our own, however, their evolution was much different than ours. These humans saw life as precious and sought only to push back the inevitable; death.
Unlike our own society in theirs life far outweighed that of greed. This being so they, for the most part, worked together in harmony moving through the technological tiers at an exponential rate. It wasn't long before disease and famine were all but non-existent and natural deaths simply no longer occurred. Immune system boosters were given to all people at birth which made any and all diseases null and nutrition bars containing all of a person's nutritional needs were handed out to the poor for free.
With immortality in hand the people began to crave what our society does; power. They wanted to be known by all and idolized, this is when unnatural deaths began to occur. Taig'gles are genetically modified animals that are spliced together by scientists who pull genes from various animals to achieve desired traits.
The base mixture for Taig'gles are canine and feline. Every Taig'gles has this combination in them. They can be spliced with a third animal and recieve traits from the
third animal. For example:
A Taig'gles mixed with Fox and tiger can have a third animal added into the mix to give it wings. The third animal can be any creature with wings. For this example
we'll go with raven. Because ravens have wings, the taig'gles can have wings.
A taig'gles cannot have traits that do not exist in the gene pool it is made from. You cannot give a Class C Taig'gles wings because this class can only have canine
and feline genes.
However, one cannot add another gene to an already spliced Taig'gles. Once the Taig'gles is born there is no longer a way to add other gen
