The sketchy element of this piece is what makes it more interesting to me, as when combined with the tones that you've used in the construction of the scene you've created an intensely atmospheric image with a strong dreamlike or nostalgic aesthetic.

Ack, this blows my mind. I really enjoy this sketch, it's fast but so defined, everything is there. Love how it all consists of basic shapes... I have tried sci-fi architecture stuff a number of times, but it always looks rough, wonky and clichΓ©. I just don't seem to get it right, haha. Well I'll keep trying...sketches like this are a great motivation

I really like the lighting, I would imagine it is hard to do lighting on low-res pictures without masking the shapes, well done! I dare you to make a high-res picture like this one! *hint* *hint*.
