1 Light Tuner + Blue-Eyes White Dragon
This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Synchro Summon.
This card is treated as "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" while it is face-up and in the Graveyard.
When this card is summoned you can send one blue eyes white dragon from your deck to the graveyard. If you have 3 " Blue-Eyes White Dragon " in your graveyard you can remove them from play to special summon one "Blue- Eyes " from your Deck or extra deck ignoring the summoning condition.
Once per turn, you can discard 1 card from your hand to negate 1 spell, trap or the effect of a monster card your oponent control. Once per turn, when your oponent declares an attack, you can remove from play 1 Dragon-type monster from your graveyard to negate that attack.

figures blue eyes would still be stronger than red eyes. XD the reason why I say this is because I read red eyes crimson dragons description and I noticed the attack points.

By its look and level it should be like
1 dragon-type tuner + Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon, 1 light tuner +
BESD or The White Stone of Legend + BESD and if so you should throw in a ATK gain for dragons in grave and add an extra pair of wings on the dragon or something.
