A toon Dodo from the 1930's era of cartooning.

Chromo was walking home one day; minding his own business, when he somehow stumbled upon a time portal. Not knowing what it was, he stepped through, thus winding up stuck in the 1990's. The sudden transition between the different eras of cartoons caused a mutation in poor Chromo, resulting in his formerly light-grey umbrella becoming a rainbow of colors.
