Well my first sculpture of a Predators Bio Mask. The armored mask you seen in the movies are very cool but I love the ALIENS. So what better thing for me to do than Sculpt an Alienated (Xenomorph) Bio Mask. This piece took many hours to make but was well worth it. The mask is extremely detailed and is definitely ALIEN in origin. I designed this mask originally on paper and then decided to make it an actual mask. It will fit any predator latex mask out there and it also looks awesome on the wall

People were asking if it was copper. It's actually brown, the flash makes it look copper. But due to the inquiries I will do copper paintups if you want one

I have a question... I sculpt my own jungle predator helmet and some people want to buy some replicas. Can I do it? I dont have any licence of the franchise, is that not ilegal?
Do you need a licence to be able to create predator or alien stuff and sell it??? I beg for an anwser dude! great job!

As long as you don't make a ton of them and make a fortune off of them it will be ok. You can check out the "Hunters Lair Forum" [link] for lots of great predator props made by people who love the films. Ive been a member of there for a few years but have been away for a couple years due to college and life. I'm sure you will enjoy checking it out.
Illegal is a harsh word. We in the fandom like to say, rules are meant to be bent a little so everybody can enjoy being a part of their favorite film or comic. And yes you need a license but fox will never give it to you hence the discreteness of selling props through "notes, emails, and Private Messages" on various places such as "Deviant Art, Hunters Lair, and other sites that are about props or fansites." You can put a blurb saying, "Mask replicas available for sale" or even say "Mask for sale" and just make exact reproductions of it.

Yeah I know about the page, actually I have entered a couple of times to Hunters Lair, it is great, thanks so much for your advice... I want to sell my replicas because many people have asked me for those and acually because I think they`re better than te original props replicas, I hade them, they are not exactly as in the movies, hahahahaha. Again, thanks for everything!

Nicely done. How would this secure on a Pred mask? Also how heavy isit?

You can easily strap it on or in most cases people use Velcro on the mask and helmet to keep it on. It's not very heavy at all really. Pending on how much resin I use it can be as heavy as 5 lbs or as little as 2.
