This picture has an amazing style, beautiful characters and background, and great composition.
I only have two suggestions:
a) First, there are a couple of stray lines (like in the girls arm), and shaky bits (like in her hand) which break the overall elegance and flow of the piece. You should erase them or add a dab of white-out.
b) I think you should use much darker lines. You have such beautiful characters, but my eyes were drawn immediately to the boldly-shaded butterflies and background.
