What kind of material did you use on the gum part? i mean how did you manage to hold the teeth ito the gums? and string on the nose part what does it do?

i used craft foam to get the base shape, then wrapped pvc leather around it

aah it was an old wig i had lying around so i just trimmed and restyled it for this character hahaha, but i think i bought it from www.taobao.com last time
