Translation:Alsvid
Arvak and Alsvid,
they shall upwards rise
hungry to pull the sun;
but under their shoulders
hid the happy gods,
the Æsir, iron-bellows.
NOTE: The deviation is a collaborative effort between a friend from WoS and myself. She made the original manipulation ([link] ) which is absolutely, stunningly, fantastic. I simply added the text and a transparent layer over it. The poem is verse 37 of the Grímnismál, the translation here is my own. I strongly urge you to check out/favourite/comment on the original work - the talent of this young lady cannot be undersold.
