The last time I went camping into this area there was a new moon. The stars were so bright that you could have read a book by them, as the milky way looled like clouds in the sky. The silence was shattered by the cry of wolves. The awesome call of the wild that touches your very soul.

Near here has been one of the biggest controversies that have got international news, and that is the re-introduction of Wolves. The biggest problem being farmers and hunters. The original 30 wolves interdicted expanded to over 800 in less than 5 years. Elk count dropped from a count of over 300,000 to 150,000.

Yet there are 250, 000 Elk hunters every year in Idaho. Just where is the imbalance? Nature is not in imbalance. People are. Earth is increasing in human population at 300,000 per day. How long do you think you have left?
