You won't be forced to do anything you're not okay with; if you don't want to rub her feet, for instance, she won't make you; if you aren't fond of being manhandled, she will respect that. If you're lucky, she may even give you the choice of whether to stick around with her after her time on the show is up.

Cruel — One of them will treat you harshly, demean you, bully you, hurt you, and enjoy doing it — you're just a tiny after all; her tiny. She expects you to do as you're told without hesitation; you will be pained and punished if you question her or don't do a satisfactory job cleaning her shoes or massaging her feet, for instance. Whether you do a good job or not, she'll likely decide to keep you for herself after her time is up as she simply enjoys tormenting you.

They won't actively decide to step on you but if you happen to be in their path they won't bother averting their foot either. If you happen to be cleaning the inside of their shoe when they want to head out, they won't bother helping you out.
