Excellent.
I think it works really well without the Master in the scene, it's a great match of the two powerful Time Lords and Wilf. Having the Master in there would have thrown in ideas of madness and insanity both of witch are already captured by Dalton's Rassilon.

Someday I should revisit the idea of drawing 10 in that style. Silence in the Library would be a good episode that would fit well being done by Mignola. It's been a couple years since I did that drawing and I still hope that someday someone asks him to take a stab a The Doctor. I will just keep drawing Doctor Who related images in my own style otherwise.

When Mignola uses the little insert boxes it always something really simple, but central to the story. I couldn't go simple unless I just did two hearts. Wilf really was the heart of the story though so it felt more fitting.
Wilf is now my favorite character going back to the begining of the series.
