In adventure games they can eat anything.

Yeeahhh.. takes a little thought on the DM's part to make the treasure... 'make sense'....

Skyrim, Divine Divinity and a lot more games are guilty of this. A animals stomach can yield the next upgrade

byzboo [2014-01-27 15:40:23 +0000 UTC]

lol, one of my favorite is having a character which has no backpack or bag of any sort and still manages to store two halberds, one giant hammer, three daggers, many armor parts and 50 potions xD

Space quest 6 had a really joke about the same thing when the hero somehow manage to put a plank bigger than him in his pocket

There is definitely a lot of inspiration to be found in games ^^

umm, maybe the wolf needed his iron, and i was playing iris online and monsters drop metal pieces of armor every now and then.

It is Sophitia from SoulCalibur. And thanks

Bard's tail... that would be the the game that makes no sense and breaks the 4. wall on several occasions, and the character argues with the narrator, Great fun ^^

Once you have mods in Skyrim you might as well be plugged into the matrix. There is no escape from it @_@

I lived inside my PS3 for a year or so when Skyrim came out, (it was tight but cozy) but now with all the mods it's like... I CAN DO WHATEVER THE F*Γ§K I WANT!! (goes on a powertrip part 3)

You know the funny thing about Pratchett? He wrote FANTASY novels! So those two things are kind of the same!

En-Sabbah-Nur In reply to a1samurai [2014-01-27 06:34:14 +0000 UTC]

There is indeed a huge difference between Pratchett Fantasy and Moorcock Fantasy...

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 0

Rastifan In reply to En-Sabbah-Nur [2014-01-22 17:02:02 +0000 UTC]

Pratchett is not canon though. In his books elves are lowly evil creatures

En-Sabbah-Nur In reply to Rastifan [2014-01-23 14:14:48 +0000 UTC]

I think the answer to your questions is that a game programmer has never held a real sword. Only the fake ones that are quite impossible to cut your self on

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

HTAdiktusAriel In reply to Rastifan [2014-01-22 03:16:04 +0000 UTC]

Maybe so. The even more amazing things are weapons as tall as Yao Ming inside Tarantulas no bigger than that wolf xD
