Description
Taken from a book project loosely based on Little Red Riding Hood. Project was rubbish, but I like this granny.Done with lots of tipp-ex because I didn't have any gouache.

That's a good combination of emotions to have I think. What you can't see here is that before I cropped this, you've got little red riding hood in the background preparing to knife dear granny. Sadly that part of the image wasn't so well composed and, as a standalone image, I think it's far stronger without her.

I'd say there's a fair amount of black humor in this one. What you can't actually see from this crop is that little red riding hood is in the background gunning her down. Made me grin when I was drawing it (:

Thank you. Sadly, I didn't use a reference for that one, so if you look too closely there are few big anatomical mistakes around the face ... but I like it all the same. I think it gets across the emotion I wanted to show.
