BRAT FROM POWERPUNK GIRLS. (PPNKG)I used a base here.. >.<
and this one has its final touches.. i deleted the other one of this. ^_^
I got a hard time on the hair curls.
but its worth the effort cuz she looks so cute~ <3

Her arm bothers me a little.
I think you tried to do a bit of forced perspective?
Try drawing from a model (yourself or a friend) to get the gesture right. Also, her other hand (to her face) looks uncomfortable.
The general rule for drawing is you can't draw stylized until you can realistically. If the gesture isn't right the drawing won't be right.

Well, I dont take all the credits from this drawing, actually i used a scene in the movie and *traced* it. ^_^ what i changed was her everything except the body and the thing on her hands.

Ooooh tracing is bad in the artist community. I admit I traced when I was starting out, but I kept those drawings to myself because they weren't mine. I knew it was wrong to show them off. Plus, there wasn't an art marketplace to showcase my art online at the time. If you do trace an art that's not yours and decide to put it up for display call it a "study." And keep practicing those gestures and life drawing.
