Oh hey look, I'm active again!So about a month ago I did a flats commission for ~outlaw4rc and I wasn't happy with it. We both completely missed the fact I forgot her wings and overall I just wasn't happy. So I decided to redo it, and go the distance by trying a few new things. I'm not expecting payment for this since I didn't go through my standard commission process, so this could be considered a gift!

I have to say this is something different than your usual stuff. Definitely gives more of the impression this is an actual painting done with real colors. The surfboard's my favorite; it almost looks like I can reach out and grab it. As for Blossom's stance, I never would've though of that. It makes sense and it has a touch of allure, which is in line with the personality I have set for her.
With the background, the transition from light to dark is too sudden. Also, the sea's curvature would be more appropriate if she was thousands of feet off the ground. Blossom's head seems smaller than usual but that could just be me. Finally, I did tweak Blossom's tail design since the initial piece. Yes, it has been that long.
