Trivia: I wasn't aware that Toothless had an interesting assortment of stripes and speckles until I watched it on DVD. They are most visible during the scenes when Forbidden Friendship is playing.

hm... i like the colour composition on this one. the sky looks pretty cool with the storm clouds brewing and all... and the splatter effect trailing off Toothless' claws and wings (are those raindrops or wind movement?) gives it a nice touch.
just one thing though - if the lightning is in front of Toothless, there should be some highlights in that direction. it would look more realistic then. i can't draw dragons, so kudos to you. this looks good.

The lightning is actually behind Toothless in the distance, and the highlights on him is from another bolt offscreen.

Give him all your fish or he will blast through about anything you have to put in front of him--as he effortlessly did the dome. But he'd THANK you for all your fish. Which he wants. Now.
