My entry to the contest of street photographyi just steal a instant of the life of this guys.. i was traveling to my house then i see this moment the bus was moving so i acted fast not a lot of time to focus or adjust the camera settings......
why i take this picture? well i just saw the moment and not just the moment... this guy that looks in some way thought was just walkin with his little baby in arms .. just a lovely father.... not so thought.. just a father walking in one of the most dangerous places in Mexico city (i want to say more but my English sucks)
where i take it..... Mexico city on mmm no idea i think that in September time when i was using Tri-X.. September of this year 2006

its tri-x 400 developed in D-76 in my house.. actually in the bathroom of my house

f /5 <<<<<<< i think i take some time to develop this film so i can\'t rememeber very well

why these settings? well as i said not a lot of time 1/1000 cause the bus was moving then i thought that f/5 was a right number to shot
and get a decent focusin photoshop---> adjust the curves and levels and i made some cleaning of dust in the negative i tried to make this one as close as the print (i didn\'t manage to do it very well.. I\'m just learning to use photoshop)
hope somebody understand my horrible English (using gmail to check spelling so shame on gmail if i said something stupid)

this is a beautiful picture. and that is so cool that you develop your own pictures, even if it is in your bathroom! i love tradtional black and white/darkroom developing.

Nunca vi a alguien cargar a un niño de esa manera, es raro, sobre todo porque ha de ser medio incomodo (sobre todo para el chamaco)
Y si, ver a un padre disfrutar de un paseo con su hijo incluso en una zona peligrosa, es algo digno de fotografiarse.
