Lars, with your gallery, I must start at the beginning. I feel a little miffed that it's taken me this long to find my way over here. So many of your works already have so many favs/comments, and it's like everyone is enjoying a well told story, and I'm just hearing it for the first time. I'm envious of everyone who has had you on their watchlist for years .

The good news is I plan to start making up for lost time. I'm very careful when I browse through galleries, but for yours I want to be especially detailed with each one. I've started with your first piece, and I've braced myself for the amount of favs that are forthcoming. As you can see, I didn't make it very far before I found the first. This piece right here is wonderful.

I'll tell you why I like it so much. First of all, the tones. I love the tones in all your works, which you already know, but this one is especially grand. I love the darkness of it. Compositionwise, it doesn't get much better. The centrally placed figure is attention grabbing, and the flowing cloth really gives it a sense of freedom from restraint. I particularly like the footprints, which lead my eyes right to the focus of the picture. The skull in the foreground adds the perfect finishing touch. My travels right down to it from the central figure. Finally, the added graininess was a great judgement call. It reinforces the dark, death-like ambience. Overall, it's an incredibly complete piece

The thing I love most about your pictures is that they take me somewhere. It's very special and rather rare to find a photographer who can do that so consistently with every piece. Thank you for leading me through a dream.

the grainy quality of this shot is awesome. i love the skull right up front and well as the person with no clothes on. the contrast of the two focal objects is interesting. great job.

I've used a ton of effects on this one.. First of all, its a composite photo.. I remember I've used several layers for colorizations, textures etc.. In short, way too many effects to list here.. sorry..

Fantastic, really. I love the symbolism in it -- there is death, but there is also release, or so it seems to me.
