Right, here goes another one of these things.

1. His arm is short.

2. Alright I've been wondering what it was for a while, and I think I've figured out what bothers me about your profile views: you draw their heads too tall. Which means either draw the heads shorter, or make the back of the head farther back. The girl in the upper picture has a better shaped head than the guy, or either of them in the lower picture. So try and do more like that.

3. Small hands. Test your hand-to-face ratio, your hand should be somewhere around half the size of your face. It's alright to have it a little off in either direction, as some people have small hands (like me) or bigger hands. But try and be in the ballpark. At least a little closer, even if not quite. (god knows if you draw a big head, don't draw massive glove-hands)
