Dad was trying to switch internet providers because mom kept complaining about how slow out internet was. That. Plan. FAILED. The provider he went to was YAK and they had horrible service. We were promised TWICE on when the internet will be up and TWICE those promises were broken. We got pissed and switched to bell, which sent an electrician to our house and wouldn't leave until our internet was up. That's what you call great customer service! ;u;b
