It was bright out. Really bright and sunny, but of course not to the point where it was too hot. It was pretty cold outside, and he felt like it was actually going to hail or even snow soon. Antonio didn't mind at all, honestly. He liked it when it was cold. It was always hot around his country, and he liked the change in weather. Either way, he was always fine with the conditions as long as he was with his boyfriend. I mean, he loves him to death. Probably more than his tomato garden.

Speaking of which, he thought, grabbing his phone from the brown, oak coffee table right across him, his hand grabbing his phone off the table to open the screen, where his wallpaper was him and his boyfriend. It was cute really, seeing that the wallpaper was them hugging each other while the Spaniard’s boyfriend was piss drunk. He smiled at the memory of it.

Shaking his head with a grin, he was about to call his lover, when the screen suddenly popped up his lover’s dorky face, and yes you've guessed it! It was his boyfriend! With excitement, he answered the call and put it in loud speaker so he could hear him clearly and better.

“Hello?” said, his voice as dreamy as always, but there was something off to it. And yet the Spaniard didn't pay much attention to it. Instead, he greeted him back with an enthusiastic smile. “Hola, chico! How are you? I haven't talked to you since a few days ago! We were both so busy~” Antonio whined, laying down on the couch while pouting. He could hear the male laugh in the other line and that made his heart soar and flutter.

“Yeah, I'm really sorry. I wish I could make it up to you, but I don't think I can. Not right now.” He said softly, making the brown haired male sit up with a little worry. “, what's wrong? Are you alright? What do you mean?”

“Nothing’s wrong Antonio! Don't worry about me~ you know how tough my job is.” AH. That's right. Truth to be told, is a sniper. Assassin. Hitman. He’s killed countless of people and yet he still wonders how he could get away with it when there’s so much technology surrounding the whole world. He could get caught any minute.

“Please just make sure you're safe and nothing's gonna hurt you, okay?” Antonio sighed, plopping back to the couch once more to get comfortable. “Hah? Safe? Seriously Tony, with my job, nothing's safe!” He joked, making the Spanish man laugh along with the other.

“So, where are you anyways?” Antonio asked.

“Me? I'm in an alleyway.”

“What are you doing there? Get out before something bad happens!”

“Don’t worry, you’ll find out soon~ anyways, how's the tomato garden?”

“It's doing great! Ah, I just wish you could be here so you can see how beautiful it has grown, just like you~”

“Oh my god Tony, stop! You're getting me flustered—hack!”

“Ah, ! Are you alright, what happened?”

“Erugh, I think I just swallowed a fly. Blergh.”

“Damn, I knew how clumsy you were but really? A fly?”

“Shut up! I didn't even know it was there!”

The two talked on for two more hours, and they both just cherished the moment. I mean, they haven't been talking for weeks, who wouldn't cherish it?

“Antonio?”

“Yeah?”

“What would you die if I suddenly died; right here, right now?”

“Oi, don't say that!”

“Haha, sorry.”

“But if you were dying, I would tell you how much I love you, from the bottom of my heart, pour out all of my feelings for you and possibly even start crying and bawling my eyes out! Haha~”

“Well... Can you do that for me now?”

This caused the Spaniard to look at his phone confused. What? What did he mean? He was probably joking, right? If it's a joke it wasn't funny.

“... are you... dying?”

A long moment of silence.

“Haha. Yeah. I am. I'm sorry. I got shot. 12 times. And the bullets are spreading poison in me.”

Hearing this, the Spaniard man got furious.

“WHAT THE HELL, ?! ALL THIS TIME WE WERE TALKING YOU WERE ACTUALLY INJURED?! YOU WASTED SO MUCH TIME! WHY DIDNT YOU CALL FOR HELP?!”

Another long pause.

“I'm really sorry, but I knew from the moment I was shot I would die, even if I got help. But I'd rather spend my last moments talking with you while I die than have you run to a hospital completely unaware of what happened to me as I kay dead in the morgue. Haha. I'm really sorry, Antonio. I love you so much. Please forgive me—”

And then the phone dropped, and the line suddenly went dead.
