Is she evil, good, or somewhere in the middle in character? Because it lately has not been that clear and cut with the Sith.

Not to put a damper on your creativity, but female Sith don't have face tendrils. They rudimentary to long bony spurs coming from their jaws underside, and their eye ridges. Still, nice work.
