Alrighty, here's a pretty quick digital piece of Kaz from Six of crows~
Since I recently finished the duology and wanted to do some fan-art.
Figured hey, why not.

I used this as an excuse to experiment, like a lot.
I don't usually draw water, so this was a bit of a challenge, haha.
The transition between his hair and the waves were also pretty challenging.

I also tried to avoid relying on the blending brushes, hoping to give it more of a 'painted' look than usual.

I'm pretty happy with how this illustration turned out!
