Photo was taken at Nordens Ark, Sweden.This is the young male tiger, 3 years old. It was feeding time for the tigers and
the staff hung his food from the mountain and he was trying to reach it. He could
see the food, but couldn't get to it until later on

Well.. Tigers are like cats, they like to hunt and small kittens love to play. Tigers are the same. This male tiger is still young, he's 3 years old and he was the only one that had to figure out how to get the food. He enjoyed it and he could reach it. I have photos of him sitting next to the meat
So yeah, it's mostly to stimulate the animals. He seemed to enjoy it and the staff didn't make it to hard for him.

So am I. I've been to many zoos and this is the only one I've been to
where the staff goes in to the animals habitat, while the animals are in
another habitat, and hides the food
