I tried to take some more photos of waterdrops and I wanted to try a pink base and this is how it turned out.
Camera: Canon EOS 60D.
Lens:Β Tamron SP AF 90mm f/2.8 Di.
Flash: Canon Speedlite 430ex ii.

A macro photo which uses a water droplet on what it looks like a feather boa. The focus is on the water droplet, while the boa are used as majority of the background.
What I liked about this picture is the color. The pink color is very contrasting with the cyan at the background which give the photo an attraction to viewers. The bokeh effect is just enough to create a very soothing effect, without being too blurred or sharp.
In my personal opinion, there are some improvements can be done. The subject of focus, which is the water droplets, are a bit dark. This makes it to not stand out. There are many other excellent example where the water droplets stands out by bring covered with a white layer of 'reflection'.
Overall, an excellent piece!
