It depends if you want a name or a title. I propose : "Sorrow" or "the bittersweet queen" because 
she looks a little bit sad. If you want a first name : Amanda or Daria.

I think it's a first name from the ancient persia
and it's used mostly in the east of Europe.

No definite ideas so far, it's a bit hard to come up with a name that doesn't sound half assed, can't be too boring nor too superfluous. The only thing that crossed my mind was that the rings and the mouth looked similar to the cover of Bjork's album Homogenic, that being said, the cover was associated with a warrior motif. I would say to call her an adventurous or heroic name, but at the same time, I find it a bit cheap to name characters after their personality, seeing how their parents (assuming they weren't orphaned) wouldn't know his/her personality yet.
