There are two species incredibly similar to Mycena pura - Mycena rosea (rosy bonnet, poisonous) and Mycena pelianthina.

Poisonous, these are lilac bonnets (Mycena pura)

Some purple shrooms are adible, like the amethyst deceiver (Laccaria amethystina and the wood blevit (Lepista nuda)

I have only seen amethyst deceiver a couple of times, I only tried the wood blevit - it is really tasty.
