A year after drawing her and posting this, she's got a name finally and a use in some silly shit the boyfriend and i are goofing off with in a timeline decades after the main story. she's captain of a pirate crew, the Demolitions Crew, and she's actually not that grumpy?I have decided that she's all about explosives. I took a lot of my ridiculous and silly ideas that i had for my tf2 demo lady and put them here, like hair explosives and all that jazz.

The only critique I'd have is that the hair looks a bit too 2D, especially when contrasted with the roots.

Apparently a lot of artists have trouble with Black hairstyles, so don't sweat it. ^^
Perhaps try a white hard pastel pencil. Block in general shape of hair and add subtle highlights with white. You could even use other colors, like red/orange or blue.
