There's honestly not too much I can find wrong with this, as far as conceptual art goes. The focus and lighting is truly excellent, no problems there. Only one thing about it seems to be slightly off to me. For some reason I'm a bit bothered by the amount of highlight on the eye papers, like it's too much for me to believe they are really part of her face. Perhaps that wasn't the intention, but if the midtones could be brought up, I think it would lend to a more believable feel.
I really love the colors in this. At first I wondered about the "tacked on" appearance of the tape sticking to her hair, but later found that really appealing since it helps lend that notion of "thrown together" that is so apparent with the papered-on eyes.

Oh, and by the way: I have a clear idea what the message of this one is, but I like to keep it to myself, since it's an artwork that I'd call "psychedelic" or "surreal". And imho that kind of stuff does work better when every viewer can make up his own explanation of the concept.

Thank you very much for the critique. Yes: It's supposed to be clearly visible that the whole thing is fake and not some kind of photomanipulation in real life, so the highlight on the 'eyes' and the visibility of the tape is just what I wanted

No problem - I was leaning toward that definition, perhaps, but I'm more oriented to seeing photography as being so "impeccable" that your little "mediocre" details that are necessary for the piece would probably be seen as a flaw without looking a little deeper.
And yes, it's always neat to have a piece with that sense of renewable closure, where each viewer gathers something different.
