good precurser to the main one on your page. you mention lovecraft, so it make me forgive the random blurry ness in some parts becuase imagine any thing of chathlu would shift and alter reality at an alarming rate.

it might have been interesting to liquify the limbs a bit and make it even more montrous, but it's pretty damn good as it stands. or crouches, as the case may be.

very lovecraftian i find, reminiscent of the call of cthulu... also hints at ancient greek mythology of the cyclops, yet with a very individual twist, great piece, nice choice in selective pallette, some of the blurs are a little overboard on closer inspection, like the smoothness contrasts the graininess of the rest of the picture, but i spose it can be overlooked for the greater value of the piece itself, great pose on all the different hands, very symbolic and conveying a sense of emotion, one other little nitpick is that the shape of it kinda defies logic a little, but i spose thats where its individuality comes back into play, great piece overall three thumbs up hehe

For me blur on the hands doesnt look so good. (or the smudge tool usage) however eye blending is really impressing.
